Lee ‘Skippy’ Phillipson has spent his life giving & making people happy. As a beloved local DJ, he’s brought smiles to people’s faces through his love for music and being there at key points in people’s lives.
If you were around the Blackburn music scene in the 80’s and 90’s you will know exactly who this man is!
